Delivery Information
We offer reliable delivery across the UK to ensure your furniture and home accessories arrive safely.
UK Delivery
Free delivery is available within mainland UK on orders over £150.
Mainland UK excludes the following postcodes:
AB, BT, DD, EX, FK, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, PA, PH, PL, TQ, TR and ZE.
Orders under £150 will incur a delivery charge.
If your postcode falls within one of the excluded areas, please contact us and we will be happy to provide a delivery quotation.
For international orders or delivery outside mainland UK, please contact us for a delivery quote.

London Congestion Zone
Deliveries to certain central London postcodes may incur an additional delivery charge due to congestion zone restrictions.

Large Furniture Deliveries
Standard delivery is made to the entrance of the delivery address.
For larger furniture items, customer assistance may occasionally be required to help the driver.
Delivery inside the property or to a specific room may be available for an additional charge. Please contact us before placing your order if you require this service.
Delivery is normally made to ground floor level only. If you live in a flat or property above ground floor level, please inform us when placing your order.
Delivery Scheduling
Our delivery partners will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.
Delivery dates provided are estimates and may occasionally be affected by supplier delays, courier issues or adverse weather conditions.
If you are not available at the agreed delivery time, a re-delivery charge may apply.
Receiving Your Order
Please inspect your items carefully before signing for delivery.
If any item appears damaged during transit, this must be noted as “damaged” on the delivery paperwork when signing.
If the goods have not been inspected, please mark the delivery as “unchecked”.
Once items have been signed for without noting damage, we may be unable to process a claim for transit damage.
Delivery Access
Our delivery partners can only deliver to properties that are accessible from a public road.
If your property cannot be accessed directly from a public road, delivery will be made to the nearest safe and accessible point.
