Honeypot Cottage, a unique, one of a kind detached thatched property that had been on the market for some time. Until recently, the property had been marketed unfurnished. The developer approached us requesting a fully furnished staged property to encourage buyers' interest. Upon staging completion, the first weekend of viewings proved extremely positive with interest in the property increasing ten-fold. The property has since been sold for the asking price.
